Pandora's Aerial Fitness Studio

Trudi and Natalie are the owners of Pandora's Aerial Fitness Studio and have over 15 years experience in pole dance, pole fitness and aerial hoop, as well as strength and flexibility training.

Trudi and Natalie have performed together and competed in pole doubles for the past 10 years and went on to become Pole Sport UK advanced doubles champions in 2018. They decided to create Pandora's Aerial Fitness Studio to share their knowledge and skills with the community and give people a chance to see that pole fitness and aerial arts has something for everyone!

Their aim is to create a fun fitness community within Liverpool City Centre where people can come and learn a new skill or attend structured classes tailored to their level of ability. 

'We welcome everyone into our studio space and our vision is to create classes that have something for everyone, whether you want to get fit, lose weight, get stronger, become more flexible or learn something new'.

Classes are a good way to meet new people and gain self-confidence.

You will be trained by qualified professionals who have the knowledge and skills to get you what you want out of your training.
